Vendors should also list existing contracting vehicles such as GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts, OASIS contracts, or other relevant federal vehicles within the scope of the draft PWS. The STAR Program, managed by the Air Force Personnel Center and supported by the Director of Air Force Military Force Management Policy, requires technical expertise in psychometrics, programming, database management, research design, data analysis, assessment development, aviation psychology, and software and systems engineering.
