• The contractor is responsible for all transportation of equipment, materials and daily transport of personnel to and from the island. The park will provide one round trip transport for one vehicle to and from the island. The park will make the final determination as to whether the vehicle will fit on the landing craft.
• The contractor is responsible for island transportation from the floating dock to the work site. Driving is only permitted from the dock to the jobsite. No driving anywhere else on the island.
• The contractor will be provided docking space on the island and on the mainland for a maximum boat size of 25’. If no space is available on the mainland the contractor’s boat will have to be pulled from the water daily but can be stored at a designated park location.
• Approximate square footages for walls includes the doors, windows and trim.
• Painting is to be achieved by brush and roller. NO SPRAYING!!!!!
• A very low pressure from a water hose will be used to wash around all doors and windows.

• Hinges and doorknobs are to be removed or taped to prevent painting.
• Contractor will comply with all OSHA, Federal, State, and local regulations.
