STATEMENT OF WORK

INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL POWER

eSPORTS

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall install additional electrical power to include installation of an electrical sub-panel, wiring, infrastructure, electrical outlets, circuit breakers and other electrical components required to operate 12 gaming computers and peripheral equipment used in the operation of the eSports program in room 219 at the Fitness & Sports Center, 300 W. Castle Street, Bldg.

2379, Fairchild AFB WA, 99011. The contractor must meet certification and licensure requirements deemed necessary by standard commercial practice for any electrical work being conducted on Fairchild

AFB.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION:

2.1. HOURS OF OPERATION. Fairchild AFB normal hours of operation is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays and Family Days where the hours are 7:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The following federal holidays are observed (note: Unstaffed on Thanksgiving and Christmas):

3. SCOPE OF WORK DEFINED. Install an electrical sub-panel and 12 branch circuits to support 12 PC gaming stations in room 219. Contractor shall install a 3-phase 100 amp 120/208VAC sub-panel and 12 each-120VAC Spec Grade recessed double duplex dedicated branch circuits.

All outlets and faceplates shall be flush mounted at specified intervals to support each Play- Station. Contractor shall install any necessary internal conduit and/or any other necessary features to run the sub-panel and additional power/fire-rated wiring to electrical panel “L8” located in room 222 for the so that each Play-Station is on dedicated 20A circuit breakers. No conduit or raceways are to be installed and visible in the eSports room (219) or customer accessible areas. All wall and/or ceiling modifications must be restored to their original condition (patch, texture, paint). Branch circuit breakers shall be a minimum of 20A and not exceed power available to the panel.

3.1. All work shall be performed on-site unless prior approval is received from the Fitness & Sports Manager (FSM). Contractor shall remove all materials and debris and maintain the work area(s) clean and orderly.

3.2. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision to perform the work indicated in this Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally, the Contractor shall be responsible for the safety procedures to isolate all panels and circuits for which they will be working on (SOW). Electrical power isolation shall be coordinated with Fitness Center Staff.

3.3. All work provided shall conform to all State and Local Building Codes. The contractor shall immediately notify the Fairchild AFB Contracting Office for any questions, unforeseen site conditions or conditions that may require further clarification or potential changes in scope.

3.4. Contractor shall perform duties as are necessary for proper control, issue and disposal of Hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals or materials in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.

4. CERTIFICATION. Contractor shall provide only certified/competent service technicians to perform any work in accordance with the best commercial practices.

5. CONTINUATION OF MISSION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS. IAW DoDI 1100.22 (Policy and Procedures for Determining Workforce Mix), and any applicable Air Force implementation, unless otherwise directed by an authorized Government representative, it is determined that services provided under this contract are not mission essential for performance during a crisis.
