About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Commercial Internet Services at Vandenberg Space Force Base, effective 9 April 2026.
The contractor shall provide stable 1 Gbps commercial internet connectivity to two separate locations: Building 7000 (S4S, 816 13th Street) and Building 8401 (18 SDS, 1521 Utah Ave), both in Vandenberg SFB, California. Each location requires one static IPv4 block (/29) for IP addressing. The contractor is responsible for all installation activities, including site surveys, to the demarcation points at each facility. Circuit diversity is not required; a single, non-redundant circuit to each location is acceptable. The Government will furnish network transport (fiber, CAT-6) from the contractor's demarcation point to end-user locations within each facility. The contractor must coordinate access with S4S S4/6 personnel and/or S4S Security Office for Building 7000, and with 18 SDS personnel and/or 18 SDS Security Office for Building 8401. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary base access passes and adhering to VSFB security protocols. Services are billed under a fixed-price model, with monthly invoices submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to S4S S4/6 agency. Within 30 days of contract award, the contractor must provide a complete equipment inventory including the purpose of each installed item to designated Government stakeholders. Performance will be measured against standards outlined in Section 9.0 (Service Summary Table), with unacceptable performance defined as failure to meet minimum standards.
