About this file
This Performance Requirements Summary outlines the key requirements and performance standards for athletic trainers to support the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness System. Athletic trainers must possess valid licenses and credentials, and will be responsible for screenings, clinical duties, peer reviews, meetings, and documentation within electronic health records to support Soldier readiness and performance. Performance will be evaluated according to metrics such as on-time screening completion, peer review error rates, meeting attendance, and timely documentation. Contractors must maintain at least 95% compliance with standards to avoid financial penalties and documentation in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System. The related federal contract opportunity solicits proposals for athletic trainers to deliver these services and function as integrated members of brigade-based multi-disciplinary teams supporting the Army's investment in Soldier lethality and readiness through its Holistic Health and Fitness System. Initial proposals are due by May 5, 2021 with full proposals due by May 6, 2021.
