ASPR Innovation Day August 7-8, 2019

Lightening Talks

To maximize participation and collaboration at the ASPR Next Innovation Day event, we are extending a Lighting Talk opportunity for industry participates. If accepted you will be scheduled on Day Two, August 8th, to give a two-minute talk that highlights your organizations capabilities and potential solutions to ASPR Next Areas of Interest (AOI’s). This is a small part of ASPR’s commitment to not only learning about our invaluable industry partners positioned to support the

ASPR Next initiative, but also for industry partners to learn about each other for potential teaming and partnering arrangements. Lightning talks can be delivered both by in-person and

WebEx attendees.

IMPORTANT – All Lightning Talks will be done in a public forum, so please do not share any proprietary or confidential information related to your organization during your talk.

If you would like to present a Lightning Talk, please send an email to Tasha McMillian

(Tasha.McMillian@hhs.gov), Cameron Hernandez (Cameron.Hernandez@hhs.gov), and

Guillermo Aviles-Mendoza (Guillermo.Aviles-Mendoza@hhs.gov) indicating your interest No

Later Than (NLT) Noon ET August 2, 2019. Within your email please include the following:

1. Organization Name

2. Presenter Name

3. Organization Point of Contact (POC) Name (if different from presenter) for teaming/partnering

4. Organization POC Email and Phone Number

Due to the two-minute time allotted no presentation materials are required – if you prefer to send visuals for your talk, please send them in .pdf or .pptx format. A title slide with the above information will also be made visible during each Lighting Talk and your information will be included in the ASPR Next Innovation Day Event Summary posted to FBO following the close of this event.
