About this file
This document contains a research description document (RDD) template for proposals seeking funding from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Scalable Solutions Office. The template provides instructions for applicants to include tasks, subtasks, objectives, approaches, locations, responsible organizations, deliverables, intellectual property assertions, and milestones. Applicants must identify any human or animal subjects research. The related federal grant opportunity is a forecast notice seeking solution summaries and proposals that improve healthcare access and affordability through scalable technologies, collaborative distribution networks, and biomanufacturing innovations. The notice provides interest areas and excludes certain types of proposals. The funding is available through the Department of Health and Human Services' Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health program, which coordinates healthcare breakthroughs through collaboration and transformative solutions.
