About this file

This document is a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Army Accessions Information Environment (AIE) contract opportunity. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Grounds is releasing this draft on behalf of the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) to obtain industry feedback prior to the final RFP release.

The Draft RFP seeks feedback on technical challenge evaluation, Agile metrics, innovation incentives, CDRLs for Agile delivery, and challenges/opportunities with a single DevSecOps pipeline for multiple vendors. It also requests information on vendors' accounting systems, facility clearances, and Salesforce HR module experience. The final RFP is anticipated to be released in late June 2024, with proposals due in late July 2024. The award is projected for early Fiscal Year 2025. The effort has an anticipated ceiling of $267M over a 10-year period, consisting of a 5-year base and five 1-year option periods. The set-aside status is to be determined. The solicitation will be issued as a best value tradeoff under FAR 15, with a multiple-award IDIQ contract structure including CPFF and cost reimbursable line items.
