About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Proposals issued by San Bernardino County on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) for valet parking services at the ARMC campus in Colton, California. The RFP was released on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST, with a mandatory job walk scheduled for July 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PST at 400 N. Pepper Avenue, Colton, CA 92324. Proposers must RSVP for the job walk by July 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PST via email to Cezar Roderos at RoderosC@armc.sbcounty.gov or by phone at (909) 658-3821. Attendance at the mandatory job walk is required, and no proposals will be accepted from proposers who fail to attend. The deadline for submission of questions is Friday, July 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST, with the proposal deadline set for Monday, August 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST. The tentative contract award date is September 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing through ePro, and both questions and answers will be posted as addenda to the RFP.
This addendum modifies the original proposal timeline and clarifies the mandatory nature of the job walk requirement. The original state and local contract opportunity indicates that proposals are due July 31, 2026; however, this addendum supersedes that date with the new deadline of August 10, 2026. The contract seeks valet parking management services for approximately 750+ patient and visitor parking spaces, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding County-observed holidays. Proposers must demonstrate at least five consecutive years of experience with parking management and valet services for healthcare entities or similarly complex institutions, and all staff must meet specified requirements including age 18 or older, valid California driver's licenses, background clearance, and clean driving records. Insurance requirements include workers' compensation, commercial general liability, automobile liability, garage keeper's insurance, and professional liability coverage. The maximum contract term is five years beginning upon Board of Supervisors approval, with the number of awards determined by proposal quality.
