About this file

This is a request for information (RFI) from the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) Program Manager (PM), Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) regarding program management support services.

The RFI provides background on PM ARDAP's mission to modernize Army business processes and enable scalable data platforms. It seeks information on available service providers to provide program management technical advisory support and subject matter expertise in areas such as financial, logistical, technical, and business transformation support for enterprise resource planning systems and legacy systems.

Interested parties are requested to respond with a white paper by January 23, 2024 addressing questions about labor rates, additional recommendations, alternative labor mixes, firm fixed price contract line item numbers, experience with similar scope and complexity, willingness to submit an offer if requested, and subcontracting plans.

The anticipated contract would have a one-year base period and four one-year options, with a six-month option. The contract type would be a hybrid of firm fixed price and time and materials for labor, and cost reimbursement for travel and other direct costs.
