About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award issued by the Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) Procurement Division for the Armored Transport Services solicitation, specifically reference number AR 25-024-JG. The notice indicates KUA intends to award the contract to MidFlorida Armored & ATM Services, Inc. on April 2, 2025. While the specific contract details are not fully elaborated in this notice, the related contract opportunity description suggests the services will involve armored transport for financial deposits and deliveries, currently associated with Regions Bank, though the bank location could potentially change.
The Notice of Intent to Award is preliminary and subject to final approval by the KUA Board of Directors. The document emphasizes that this notice does not constitute a formal contract, and MidFlorida Armored & ATM Services, Inc. will not acquire legal rights until a final contract is executed. KUA reserves the right to revoke the award, proceed to the next lowest responsible bidder, reject all bids, cancel the solicitation, or re-solicit at a later time. Any parties adversely affected by this decision must file a written notice of protest with the Procurement Department within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after the posting of the decision.
