About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) on DD Form 1423-1 for a federal contract on system APY-9. The CDRL establishes six data deliverables required from the contractor, all supporting financial tracking, training, technical documentation, and contract management activities.
The deliverables include: (A001) Funds and Labor Hour Expenditure Report providing monthly progress and financial status per SOW paragraph 3.1.3.1, submitted no later than 10 working days after month-end with Government review and acceptance via digitally signed email; (A002) Training Materials per SOW paragraphs 3.1.3.2 and 3.3.5, submitted monthly with the same review and acceptance timeline; (A003) Technical Report-Study/Services per SOW paragraphs 3.1.3.3 and 3.3.6, submitted monthly with acceptance provided via Section J data transmittal; (A004) Management Plan providing an eCRAFT Labor Category List with contractor-specific labor categories mapped to Government standard eCRAFT categories, submitted one-time within 30 calendar days after contract award with 7-calendar-day Government approval or rejection and contractor resubmission windows; (A005) Contract Status Report utilizing the eCRAFT Periodic Report Utility spreadsheet, submitted concurrently with contractor invoices in the Wide Area Workflow module with 7-calendar-day Government approval timelines; and (A006) Phase-Out Transition Plan submitted no later than 90 calendar days prior to contract end. All deliverables require electronic submission in Microsoft Word or Excel format to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) unless otherwise specified, with Distribution Statement E limiting dissemination to Department of Defense components only. Estimated total prices for all data items are listed as zero, indicating these are administrative requirements without separate cost allocation.
