About this file
This document is Appendix H - Customer References for RFP # 2025-RFP-0045R issued by the County of Sacramento for a Digital Signage Kiosk System procurement. The County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace two indoor digital signage kiosks in the main lobby of the County Administration Building, with the project expected to be completed prior to April 2026. The kiosks will display public meeting agendas, legal notices in PDF format, building and department directories, County news and events via RSS feed, elected official information, date and time, and a 7-day weather forecast.
The RFP requires proposers to submit at least three customer references that demonstrate experience in designing, developing, and implementing similar solutions within the past seven years, with a mandatory requirement that at least two references be from public sector organizations of comparable or larger size. Each reference must provide detailed project information including customer contact details, project start and completion dates, implemented modules/versions, number of full-time resources assigned, and a brief project scope description. The references will be used by the County to investigate the proposer's background, current performance, and capacity to fulfill the contract requirements.
