About this file
This document is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) civil rights contract provisions statement for Grant Assurance 30 compliance applicable to airport program contractors. The document establishes binding nondiscrimination requirements that apply to the contractor and all subcontractors from the bid solicitation period through contract completion. The provisions ensure compliance with multiple federal statutes and regulations prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, national origin, creed, sex, age, or disability in all activities conducted with or benefiting from federal assistance. No specific project details, quantities, response dates, site visits, or bidder conferences are identified in this document.
The provisions establish mandatory compliance obligations without establishing pricing terms, set-asides, or incumbent information. The contractor must comply with the Title VI List of Pertinent Nondiscrimination Acts and Authorities, which includes Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, among other statutes. The contractor is required to provide all information and reports requested by the sponsor or FAA, permit access to books and records for compliance verification, and include these provisions in all subcontracts. Noncompliance sanctions include payment withholding and contract termination or suspension.
