About this file
This document is an appendix containing supplemental information for a request for proposals (RFP) issued by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (WSPRC) for statewide cultural resources services. The RFP seeks qualified firms to provide a range of cultural resources investigation services, including archaeological surveys, site documentation, and engagement with Native American tribes. Bidders are required to submit an organization chart, staff curricula vitae, details on field technician qualifications and roles, and examples of previous relevant experience. Bidders must also demonstrate their approach to project communication, billing, and data collection, as well as their plan for engaging with tribes without delegating consultation responsibilities. The RFP also requests sample documentation, such as an archaeological site sketch map and examples of previous curation work.
The contract will be awarded based on a 55-point scoring system, with the majority of points allocated to the supplemental information requested in this appendix. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the provided information.
