About this file

This document is an Iran Economic Sanctions Certification form for the Ann Arbor Public Schools related to IFB 26.0001 for the Allen Elementary Boiler Replacement project in Michigan. The certification requires contractors to confirm they are not an "Iran linked business" and will not become one during the contract performance, specifically for a project involving three boiler replacements at Allen Elementary School.

The form outlines significant compliance and penalty provisions, including potential civil penalties of up to $250,000 or twice the contract value for false certifications. Contractors who submit false certifications may also be prohibited from bidding on future requests for bids for three years. The certification is a mandatory requirement for potential contractors seeking to be considered for the boiler replacement project, with the goal of ensuring no business ties to sanctioned entities are present during the procurement and contract execution process.
