About this file
This document contains a federal contract opportunity solicitation and related appendix. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a cloud-based retail price and promotion optimization solution using a Software as Service model. The solution must interface with DeCA's Enterprise Business Solution product catalog to allow analysis of product details and determine effective pricing. Key capabilities include rule-based pricing scenarios, product grouping, multi-level review processes, integration with business systems, scalability, demand forecasting using optimization results, customization without added support, intuitive user interface, customizable dashboards, availability rather than development status, and senior-level presentation dashboards. Appendix A provides a salient characteristics list referring to criteria for pre-award testing of solutions, including a one day testing period with DeCA staff to evaluate performance against the outlined criteria. Offerors must pass all criteria to be eligible for award of the contract.
