About this file

This is a pricing matrix template for a Voice Services Technology contract opportunity with the State of Oregon. The document outlines comprehensive pricing components across multiple telecommunications service offerings, including HostedPBX, Teams Operator Connect, Teams Direct Routing, SIP Trunking, Emulated PRI, eFAX, Cellular Dual SIM, and POTS Replacement solutions. For each service category, the template requires detailed pricing for monthly recurring charges and non-recurring charges, covering licenses and seats, hardware options, optional add-ons, support and service level agreements (SLAs), and additional features such as call recording, analytics dashboards, CRM integration, and emergency services. The matrix encompasses licensing tiers (Standard/Basic, Premium/Advanced), various hardware device configurations, long-distance rates to multiple geographic regions, and support options ranging from standard business hours to 24/7/365 enhanced support with specified response time tiers.

The template also requires narrative responses addressing critical operational and network infrastructure details, including merger and acquisition impacts on billing and network systems, network topology diagrams identifying domestic soft-switch locations and edge network router geodiversity, disaster recovery procedures, proactive monitoring and customer notification methods for service disruptions, software update protocols for network elements and customer-facing devices, 911 testing capabilities, backup battery health monitoring for POTS replacement services, after-hours technical support availability, and escalation procedures for repair issues. Pricing should be structured to accommodate various service configurations and usage scenarios, with clear differentiation between service tiers and optional features. No specific contract term, renewal options, award dates, incumbent information, or funding amounts are identified in this template document.
