About this file

This is an Electronic Transaction Fee appendix document for the State of Maryland related to the Tuckahoe State Park New Bathhouses project (P-055-260-010). The document establishes the fee structure and terms governing electronic transactions conducted between the state and contractors or vendors engaged in the project. The appendix specifies the conditions under which electronic transaction fees are assessed, the calculation methodology for such fees, and the payment obligations associated with electronic submissions, approvals, or processing related to project administration and contract performance.

The electronic transaction fee structure outlined in this appendix defines the financial terms contractors must observe when utilizing electronic platforms or systems for contract-related communications, submissions, or transactions. The fee schedule includes specific costs for various electronic services and establishes the mechanisms for fee collection and remittance to the state. Contractors are required to budget for these electronic transaction costs as part of their overall project expenses, and the appendix clarifies that such fees are separate from and in addition to other contract pricing, invoicing, and payment arrangements related to the bathhouse construction project at Tuckahoe State Park.
