About this file

This is an appendix listing items to be moved as part of the Petersburg Office Move project, organized into two phases with detailed inventory tables and photographic references.

Phase 1 encompasses relocations from multiple source locations to the Petersburg District Office (PDO) and Fram Compound locations. Items moving from Harris Building to PDO include office equipment (printers, laminators, multi-function machines), furniture (chairs, tables, file cabinets), and supplies. Relocations from 402C Fram Street to PDO consist of conference room furniture and supplies (36 chairs, easels, poster organizer cabinet). The Ranger House contributes office furniture (L-shaped desk, coffee table, end tables, lamps) to the Ranger's Office. Two multi-function printers from 402B Radio Shop are distributed to Level 1 Business Center and Level 2. Internal Harris Building relocation moves a 7-step safety ladder from records room to shop. The largest Phase 1 component moves items from Harris Building to Fram Compound locations, including 127 boxes of materials related to archaeology and botany, filing systems, bookcases, a herbicide locker with chemical containers and application equipment, and NEPA documentation totaling approximately 25 boxes.

Phase 2 returns materials previously stored at Fram Compound back to Harris Building locations, including archaeology and botany reference materials, file cabinets with contents, bookcases, and the herbicide locker with all chemical supplies and application equipment. The second Phase 2 section details 60+ items relocating from B&G Storage to Harris Building Level 1 archaeology area, including coolers, field equipment (paddles, inflatable kayaks, packrafts), hand tools, sample sorting equipment, shelving units with contents, and specialized archaeological items (atlatl spears, brass sieves, probes). All paper goods are noted as pre-boxed by the Government prior to work initiation unless otherwise specified.
