The procurement is mandatory for use by all State of California departments and available for use by local governmental agencies. The contract term is three years with two one-year extension options. Award will be made by line item, and the delivery and service area covers the entire state.

The document serves as the cover page for the solicitation package, which contains the complete bidding requirements and specifications for ammunition procurement. Additional details regarding pricing terms, specific ammunition types, quantities, bid submission deadlines, technical specifications, and other contractual requirements are contained in the full solicitation documents available through the View Event Package link. Interested vendors should contact the DGS-PD Procurement Official for clarification on any aspects of this solicitation.
