About this file
The document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (Form PUR 7776) issued by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) in Florida. The agency is seeking to renew its subscription to the Axiom Pro electronic document management system from Image API LLC. The Scope of Work includes conversion and upload services for voucher paper processing, as well as the Axiom Pro SaaS solution to support the storage and retrieval of digitized APD documents and data. The subscription period is from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, and covers three Axiom Pro SaaS subscription catalogs. The estimated dollar amount for this single-source acquisition is $85,000.
The justification for the single-source acquisition is that Image API LLC is the only local provider that can perform the required conversion and upload services for the Axiom Pro system, which is an existing system utilized by APD's Division of Budget and Planning and Office of Human Resources. The document outlines the process for reviewing any information received from prospective vendors and the required approvals for proceeding with the single-source acquisition.
