About this file
This document is Addendum #1 for Solicitation APD ITB 2425-019, issued by the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) on May 21, 2025, addressing the Client Vans for Tacachale Rebid procurement. The addendum specifically addresses a vendor's inquiry about potentially providing a golf cart, which APD definitively clarifies is not acceptable, emphasizing that only vans are being sought for this bid. The document provides a direct response to a vendor's question, reiterating that golf carts are not an option for this solicitation.
The addendum includes standard legal language regarding protest procedures under Florida Statutes, specifically noting that failure to file a protest within the prescribed time or post required bonds will constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120. While the addendum does not provide additional details about pricing, specifications, or contract terms beyond the clarification about vehicle type, it serves as an official communication to potential bidders to ensure clear understanding of the procurement requirements.

SOLICITATION NUMBER: APD ITB 2425-019
CLIENT VANS FOR TACACHALE REBID
This addendum is being issued to provide the Answers to Questions submitted timely by vendors during the Question and Answers period. Please be advised all questions are keyed as submitted.
Q1. I wanted to know if the person receiving this vehicle would be interested in a golf car street ready with all terrain tires or we can go with street ready tires whatever fits the need. I just want to clarify that a golf car is an option that works.
A1. No. We are only looking for vans for this bid. There is no need to include golf carts in the responses.
To the extent this Addendum gives rise to a protest, failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Subsection 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security requirement by laws within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
