Apollo6 Floor to Ceiling Assembly
PLEASE READ
Hole specification – Base mount
Hole & Torque Specification
1. Mark hole locations on floor and drill as per depths in diagram. NOTE: Duct cover orientation will face large opening of floor mount.
2. Tighten anchor bolt to 80Nm.

3. Using a laser level, mark and cut hole in ceiling for Apollo6 to pass through

Apollo6 Beam reversed Ceiling brace/support

Ceiling Plate lock up with 2 x Keyway locks against lugs
Fasteners not supplied. Ensure suitable fasteners are used to support bracket.
M10 nuts, already installed in Beam extrusion.
Caution: Ceiling brace/support must be structurally fixed

Note: The ceiling brace will be fixed in place later on after the Apollo6 is vertical.
Apollo6 not to be fitted to the ceiling mount yet, it is fitted during step 4 of the “Making it vertical” page.

Attaching the connector + base mount *Skip this page if no connector extrusion is required*
Step 1. Take one length of Apollo6 and insert the connector into the end with 4 holes, lining 2 holes on one side up.
Secure Connector to Apollo6 using 4 x M10 x 20 screws and 4 x M10 nuts. Make sure they are done up tight.
Step 2. Repeat Step1 with remaining Apollo6.
Should now be secured with a total of 8 fasteners.
Step 3. Repeat step 1 & 2 for any other connectors.
To insert nuts, slide in slots of Apollo6
Nuts can also be inserted via the slots machined on either side of the Apollo6 www.integ.it
Assemble horizontally until instructed to lift vertical
Step 4. Locate the Apollo6 with 2 x 11mmØ (7/16”Ø) holes machined toward the end.
This end will become the bottom of the unit when vertical.
Making it vertical
Step 1. Before lifting the Apollo6 ensure that the ceiling plate is temporarily locked towards the top of the post by using the keyway locks. This will rest below the ceiling. Snap only the top duct cover in place.

Step 2. The post can now be lifted vertically. Slide the top through the ceiling hole and lower the bottom over the already secure floor mount. See orientation note above.
Step 3. Insert and tighten 2 x M10 nuts at the bottom of the post to secure the post to the floor mount. Snap bottom duct cover in place.
Step 4. Attach the ceiling support and tighten the M10 nuts to secure the top of the Apollo6. (See page 3 for nut locations on ceiling supports).
Step 5.Slide the ceiling plate up to the roof and tighten in new location using the grub keyway locks.

Step 1. Ensure all fasteners are tight and post is secure
Step 2. Attach any arms + accessories to complete assembly. Must not be loaded with over 80kg (176lbs)
