About this file

This document contains a pricing sheet template for a federal contract solicitation seeking lawn care maintenance services. The solicitation is for the Federal Communications Commission Columbia Campus and includes a base year and four option years of services. Pricing is required for 13 contract line items in the base year including grass cutting, grounds maintenance, mulching, leaf removal and unscheduled maintenance. Separate tabs must be filled out with pricing for the base year unscheduled maintenance services and each following option year. Services include mowing, edging, fertilizing, pruning, debris removal and landscaping across several areas of the FCC campus as outlined in the requirement documents and technical exhibits. Pricing is solicited on both an annual fixed price basis for recurring services and on an hourly rate basis for unscheduled or special event work up to an estimated ceiling amount.
