About this file

This is a Sources Sought Announcement for the Automated Notification and Recall System (ANRS) for NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC). The Department of the Air Force Space Command is seeking industry input to replace their legacy notification systems, which include a Motorola Vesta Communicator, Consortium III Conference system, and Desktop Alert Notifications. The current systems are reaching end-of-life and losing DISA approval, necessitating a comprehensive replacement solution that can consolidate these three systems while maintaining or enhancing existing capabilities.

The sources sought announcement requests detailed information from potential vendors, including company details, business type, proposed NAICS code, solution architecture, licensing model, migration approach, technical support structure, and DISA certification status. Responses are due by Wednesday, 6 August 2025 at 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time, to be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Tiffany Harley and Contracting Officer Stephen Carr. The replacement system must support 3,500 users, provide 24x7x365 support, ensure DISA compliance, and seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure, with preliminary research suggesting CAPSOL Suites as a potential solution.

The replacement system must replicate the existing system's capabilities, achieve DISA compliance, offer long-term support, and seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure, with preliminary research suggesting CAPSOL Suites as a potential solution. Vendors should offer a comprehensive replacement that addresses these requirements and ensures secure operation within the DoD network.
