About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by UChicago Argonne, LLC for Argonne National Laboratory seeking an Oil-Free Scroll Air Compressor. The solicitation requires vendors to provide a detailed quote for one air-cooled, oil-free scroll air compressor with specific technical requirements, including a minimum 85 CFM @100 psi, 208/230/460V 3-phase power supply, microprocessor controls, and maximum dimensions of 72" x 38" x 73". Quotes must be submitted by 10/07/2025 at 11:00 PM CST to Annette Wegrzyn at awegrzyn@anl.gov.

The solicitation is associated with the Department of Energy Office of Science and requires vendors to complete eight mandatory components (A-H), including country of origin verification, shipping costs, lead time, signed documentation, and insurance certificates. Compliance with Argonne's terms and conditions, including High Risk Work Supplemental Conditions and Buy American requirements (U.S. components must exceed 65% of total component costs), is mandatory. The procurement follows a firm fixed price model with net 30-day payment terms, and vendors must provide a comprehensive response to be considered for the contract.
