ANADARKO AGENCY DOOR AND SURVEILLANCE INSTALLATION
SCOPE OF WORK:
a.
The Request for Quote will include all services, parts and hardware necessary for the installation as detailed in the specifications section herein and shall include the cost of all labor, transportation, and incidentals thereto for the execution of services.
b.
Services must be performed in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations presently established or which may be established during the terms of this contract award.
c.
Services will be performed during the normal office hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
d.
Work will be performed to the current system in place DSX Access System, Inc. Control panels are series DSX 1040 and DSX 1042. Software is DSX Access Systems, Inc. (WinDSX). The Bureau of Indian Affairs is not requesting a new physical access control system, but the addition of two access control panels, relocation of camera and reinstallation of camera that was disconnected.
MINIMUM SPECIFICATION SECTION:
The contractor will be responsible for the proper and complete execution of the following scope of work.
1.
Install DSX 1022 with enclosure access control panel to add the SMC and Social Services interior doors on the system. Panel shall include an Intelligent Two Door I/O controller for additional ports to the system, 2 iClass readers which are compatible with the current system, 2 Complete Smart Strike Electric Strike for latchbolt and deadbolt locks, stainless steel with faceplate and an Altronix SMP3 power supply/charger and wires to connect to the system. 16.Svac 40va Plug-in Transformer, 12 VDC 4 Amp hour battery.
2.
Relocate camera above guard station to approximately 6 feet to the south to ensure visibility of the whole lobby.
3.
Reinstall east entry camera that was disconnected from the awning and move to the west side of the building.
4.
Wire the cameras to add a monitor and DVR in Administration which would require a splitter and HDMI extender and miscellaneous cables and hardware. Monitor to be provided by contractor.
5.
Any modification to the contract will be in writing, agreed by both parties, and approved by the Contracting Officer. Any increase or decrease in responsibilities shall be negotiated by mutual agreement of the parties and fair compensation increased or decreased accordingly.
6.
BASIS OF PAYMENT: In responding to this RFQ, the Contractor shall provide one invoice in the full amount after services have been rendered.
QUOTE FORMAT:
The quote should include the following:
1. Completed SF-1449, section 30a through 30c and CLINS 00001
2. Detailed information on how the company can meet the technical capability and scope of work requirements as listed herein.
3. Past Performance – List of three recent and relevant projects that are similar in nature
4. Detailed quote Bureau of Indian Affairs' Contact Person
