About this file

This document contains Amendments I and II for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Worth County Board of Commissioners for a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System. Amendment I clarifies that the Federal Work Authorization form and W-9 are omitted from the response instructions. Amendment II removes several sections, including optional pricing for MAP data services and cleanup, as well as requirements for specific system interfaces such as radio systems, scheduling programs, and emergency information databases. The amendment also changes the optional pricing for emergency evacuation event laptops from 4 to 2.

The RFP outlines the minimum requirements for the CAD system, including that the system databases must support Microsoft SQL Server. Proposers are expected to provide pricing and technical details for the requested system and services.
