About this file
The document provided is an amendment to the Oregon State University's (OSU) Collins Demonstration Forest Habitat Enhancement Project Phase II 2023. The amendment includes the addition of an amended Exhibit E Cost Form, a georeferenced map of the site and treatment units, and language allowing contractors to use full-size vehicles or ATVs/UTVs on the natural surface roads as long as the substrate remains undamaged. The project objective is to enhance habitat associated with oak woodlands and open pine forests at OSU's Collins Demonstration Forest, near Gold Hill, Oregon. The project builds on a previous 2021 habitat enhancement project and aims to treat up to 27 acres, depending on contract costs and available funding.
The amendments do not provide additional details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other salient information. The document focuses solely on the changes to the project's scope and requirements.
