The procurement seeks a qualified contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for four pieces of radiology equipment: a Toshiba TosRad OTC Radiology Room system, a GE Silhouette FMTS Radiology Room system, a GE AMX-4 Portable X-Ray System, and a Konica Minolta Regius 170 CR System. The contract runs from September 14, 2018, through September 13, 2021, with three optional one-year renewals or one optional three-year renewal period. Questions were due by March 22, 2018, at 2:00 PM, and bids were due by March 29, 2018, at 2:00 PM. The previous vendor was Cal-Ray Inc., which charged $12,200 annually for the same equipment.

Annual preventative maintenance must include parts (excluding glassware and batteries), labor, travel, and ground shipping, with a 48-hour callback response time for service calls conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
