Offerors will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental work to complete clearing and snagging of the lower 3.5 miles and clearing, snagging and excavation of the remaining upper 27 miles, disposing of excavated materials and seeding/mulching. The resulting firm-fixed price contract is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 237990. To qualify as a small business, offerors must have average annual sales under $36.5 million. The solicitation was issued on June 3rd, 2020 with bid opening scheduled for July 7th, 2020.
