About this file
This document is an amendment to CPO Notice 2022.05 issued by the Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing for the State of Illinois. The amendment recognizes that subsequent Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 have superseded Executive Order 2021-20 and extended the date that certain contractors must become vaccinated against COVID-19. The amendment requires all agencies to include this updated COVID-19 Protections clause into their solicitations, regardless of procurement method, including those currently published on BidBuy. The clause mandates that vendors adhere to the requirements of the Executive Orders, which include the use of face coverings, COVID-19 vaccinations, or testing when in specific public settings.
The document does not provide details on any specific contract opportunity. It focuses solely on updating the COVID-19 related requirements for vendors contracting with the State of Illinois.
