About this file

This document is an Amendment to CPO Notice 2022.05 issued by the Illinois Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing. The Amendment updates the COVID-19 protection requirements for contractors by recognizing subsequent Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23, which supersede the previous Executive Order 2021-20. All agencies are required to include the amended COVID-19 Protections clause in all solicitations, regardless of procurement method, including those currently published on BidBuy. The clause mandates that contractors adhere to the vaccination, testing, and face covering requirements specified in the Executive Orders.

The related State and Local Contract Opportunity is for the Illinois Department of Public Health, Division of Laboratories to procure an automated Enzyme-Linked Fluorescent Assay (ELFA) system to rapidly and accurately detect common food pathogens. The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder, but no additional details on the procurement process, response deadlines, or contract term are provided.
