About this file
This document is an amendment to a previous CPO Notice 2022.05 from the Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing for state agencies in Illinois. The amendment updates the COVID-19 protection requirements for contractors, incorporating the updated Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 which supersede the previous Executive Order 2021-20. All state agencies are required to include the amended COVID-19 protections clause in their solicitations, regardless of procurement method, including those currently published on the state's procurement portal BidBuy. The clause mandates that contractors adhere to the vaccination, testing, and face covering requirements specified in the Executive Orders, and allows agencies to implement additional vaccination or testing requirements.
The amendment does not provide details on any specific contract opportunity, products, services, quantities, response dates, award information, or contract terms. It focuses solely on updating the COVID-19 protection requirements for state contractors in Illinois.
