About this file

This is an amendment to the timeline for RFQ 2027.02 issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General for a Software-as-a-Service customer support ticketing portal system. The amendment revises two critical dates: the deadline to post responses to inquiries has been moved from August 17, 2026 to August 24, 2026, and the deadline for vendors to submit proposal responses has been extended from August 24, 2026 to August 31, 2026. The RFQ seeks to modernize the state's customer support infrastructure through implementation of a customer service ticketing portal system. Interested vendors must submit quotes and inquiries via email to rfr.responses@mass.gov and should review the complete RFQ documentation for detailed scope, functional requirements, technical specifications, and service-level expectations.

The amendment does not disclose information regarding estimated contract value, contract term, renewal options, pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent vendor status, or funding sources. Vendors should consult the full RFQ documentation for complete procurement details and evaluation criteria.
