About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation (Invitation for Bid 5400027374) issued by the South Carolina Department of Public Health for the printing of Food Guide Booklets. The amendment provides clarification on the quantity of food guides to be printed, offers access to prior bid results and the current food guide publication, and responds to questions from prospective offerors. The original solicitation required offerors to submit their bids by October 10, 2024 at 2:30 PM ET, with the award to be posted on October 17, 2024. No pre-bid/proposal conference or site visit is scheduled.

The amendment does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. It appears to be focused on administrative clarifications to the solicitation process. Offerors are cautioned that any objections, qualifications, or additional terms included in their offers may be deemed non-responsive, resulting in elimination from further consideration.
