About this file

This is an Amendment No. 1 to a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. 2025026401 issued by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) for a "Benchtop Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter". The solicitation is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement with a firm fixed price purchase order format. Vendors are allowed to submit multiple bids, and the quotes will remain confidential. Bids are due electronically by 9/25/2025 at 5pm Mountain Time to Jasmine Harmon at jasmine.harmon@nrel.gov.

The amendment addresses three key vendor questions: confirmation of multiple bid submissions (allowed), confidentiality of bids (will not be publicly disclosed), and service contract requirements (1-year warranty included, with a service contract for year 2). To be considered a responsive offeror, vendors must complete all items per Section 6 Evaluation Process instructions. Vendors are requested to include confirmation of receipt and acceptance of this amendment in their cover letter when submitting their quote.
