About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation 36C24626Q0782 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 in Hampton, Virginia. The amendment extends the offer receipt deadline to August 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT and provides responses to vendor questions and attached photographs of the kitchen floor work areas. The solicitation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for epoxy flooring installation in a kitchen at a VA facility.
The scope of work requires installation of epoxy flooring with a 4-inch integral cove base (200 linear feet around the full perimeter of both a 928 square foot dishwashing area and 1,376 square foot cooking area) with quartz color matching to Estes BCM Caramel. Work must be completed in two phases to accommodate ongoing kitchen operations during normal business hours (6:00 AM to 8:00 PM). The contractor must maintain ICRA Level 3 containment, perform terminal cleaning upon completion, and work over existing tile and grout flooring. The government does not permit alternative flooring systems and has confirmed no waterproofing membrane or flood testing is required. Site visits are not mandatory for quote submission. The contractor must provide a roster sign-in for all attendees with no special identification credentials required.
