About this file
This document is an amendment to a Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) for the purchase of 600 vertical bars from the state of Illinois. The amendment provides clarification that the BOA specifies a one-time purchase of all 600 units, rather than allowing partial orders throughout the 5-year term. The 5-year term mentioned in the BOA refers to the vendor's active involvement in the manufacturing or solicitation of the equipment, not the duration of the purchase order.
The purchasing entity is the state of Illinois. The contract opportunity ID is AGR-DQSF B and G-Animal Vertical Bars. The contract term is for 5 years, with no mention of renewal options. Pricing terms, set asides, incumbent vendors, funding requirements, and other salient details are not provided in this amendment.

This Amendment is to provide questions and answers that have been received this far.
1. Does the BOA specify a one-time purchase of 600 units, or can the state place partial orders throughout the 5-year term? We mentioned a 5-year term, as required in the BOA document - Milestones and Deliverables.
1. The BOA specifies it as a one-time purchase under Contract Information, Purchase Type. Meaning that all 600 units have to be delivered at once. The five year term mentioned under the BOA has to do with the vendor actively being involved with the manufacturing or solicitation of the equipment.
