About this file

The solicitation (Number 5400027822) was issued on 03/14/2025, with offers due by 04/03/2025 at 11:00am ET. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 02/27/2025 at 10:00am ET via Microsoft Teams, and prospective bidders must email asingh@mmo.sc.gov to attend. The award is expected to be posted on 05/07/2025, and offerors are required to hold their proposals open for a minimum of 90 calendar days after the opening date.

The solicitation requires bidders to submit one online copy and one redacted online copy of their proposal through the state's procurement website (http://www.procurement.sc.gov). Potential bidders must submit any questions by 02/27/2025 at 5:00pm ET. The document emphasizes that any award will be issued to the single, distinct legal entity identified as the Offeror, and requires completion of various address and contact information sections. The procurement is specifically for electrical repairs at an airfield, though specific technical details about the repairs are not provided in this cover document and amendment.

This disclosure shall include a description of actions which the Contractor has taken or proposes to take, after consultation with the Procurement Officer, to avoid, mitigate, or neutralize the actual or potential conflict. (b) The State may terminate this contract for convenience, in whole or in part, if it deems such termination necessary to avoid an organizational conflict of interest.
