About this file
This is Amendment #2 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of South Carolina, specifically the State Accident Fund (SAF), for a Loss Control Web Platform. The amendment cancels the entire RFP solicitation (Solicitation Number 5400020710), which was originally issued on March 31, 2021. The original solicitation included a pre-proposal Webex conference scheduled for March 22, 2021 at 11:00 PM ET, with a deadline for questions by March 23, 2021 at 3:00 PM ET and an offer submission deadline of April 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM ET. The award was scheduled to be posted on June 15, 2021. All amendments, solicitations, and related notices are posted at http://www.procurement.sc.gov.
The State exercised its authority under Section 11-35-1710 of the South Carolina Code of Regulations to cancel this RFP in its best interest, determining that proceeding with the solicitation was not advantageous at that time. The State retained discretionary authority to reissue the RFP in the future. All other terms, conditions, bidding instructions, and specifications from the original solicitation remain unchanged. Procurement Officer Kathy Santandreu can be contacted at 803-896-5304 or ksantandreu@mmo.sc.gov for any questions or clarifications regarding this cancellation amendment.
