About this file

This document is Amendment 1 to Invitation to Bid No. ISD126-TOPS-6389 issued by the San Bernardino County Department of Innovation and Technology on May 1, 2026, for Cisco Enterprise Software and Services. The amendment incorporates a Questions and Answers section addressing vendor inquiries regarding contract terms, licensing arrangements, and service delivery requirements. The County seeks to establish a new Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA) with ongoing support services and is requesting cost quotes for each piece of equipment as outlined in the provided Pricing Schedule Sample. A Cisco representative is assisting with the EA development. The County has indicated it is not including professional services in this solicitation at the current time.

The County has clarified that federal funding is not involved in this procurement. Regarding contract terms and conditions, the County indicated that discussions concerning Cisco's standard EULA precedence, limitation of liability provisions, indemnification language, warranty clarifications, and termination clauses can be negotiated with the awarded vendor once a contract is in place. Serial numbers, asset locations, and detailed professional services descriptions will be provided to the awarded vendor upon contract execution. The County is open to negotiating exceptions to listed terms and conditions, with specific redlines or exceptions to be submitted alongside proposals.
