About this file
This is Amendment #1 to a solicitation issued by the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce for research services related to South Carolina Labor Force Participation. The solicitation seeks contractor services to support a task force initiative, with work to be performed primarily at the contractor's facility using electronic communication methods, with on-site meetings as needed. Minimum deliverables include a final research paper detailing all findings and a presentation to the task force summarizing those findings, with the department open to additional deliverables that effectively support the project's objectives. The deadline for submission of offers is June 21, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., with questions from offerors required to be received by June 3, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. No site visit is specified as required. Award notification is scheduled for June 30, 2022. Offerors must hold their offers open for a minimum of 60 calendar days after the opening date.
The solicitation indicates there is no fixed budget figure or range for this project, with the department open to proposals that completely and efficiently achieve the outlined objectives. No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or specific funding sources are detailed in this amendment. Interested contractors must register for a South Carolina Vendor Number through www.procurement.sc.gov and submit signed offer forms acknowledging their entity type and authorization to bind the organization to the contract terms.
