About this file
This is Amendment 1 to RFP 2026-100100-1211 issued by Henry County Schools in Georgia for document shredding services. The amendment modifies the evaluation and scoring criteria for vendor proposals submitted in response to the district's request for a district-wide document shredding solution covering all schools, administrative offices, and support facilities.
The amendment establishes a three-phase evaluation process replacing the previous pass/fail methodology. Phase I consists of an administrative review on a pass or fail basis. Phase II evaluates proposals on a 1-5 scoring scale for mandatory offeror requirements, with a minimum threshold of 80 percent of available points (56 out of 70 points) required for proposers to advance to Phase III. Phase III awards pricing points automatically within the Bonfire system, with the final evaluation score combining Phase II and Phase III pricing scores to determine contract award. The amendment reserves Henry County Schools' right to request best and final offers (BAFO) from all respondents prior to final selection of the responsible and responsive offeror.
