1. Question: Is the $100,000 budget maximum a firm, non-negotiable ceiling, or is there any possibility of additional funding being allocated to this project?
· State’s Response: No Change. The $100,000 budget maximum is firm for this project.
2. Question: Would the Government consider a phased or partial award (for example, a subset of the total mileage or priority segments) within the $100,000 budget, with the option to add additional segments if further funding becomes available?
· State’s Response: No Change. No partial or phased awards will be made for this job.
3. Question: Can you confirm that the 9.4 miles of line at a 60-foot treatment width, along with all current specifications in the “Work Involves” section, reflects the final, expected scope associated with the $100,000 maximum?
· State’s Response: No Change. The 9.4 miles of line at a 60ft treatment width is the expected scope of work for this project with the $100,000 maximum budget.
