Additional information about site visit:
All parties that are participating in the site visit that do not already have permanent Coastal Carolina parking decals will need to acquire visitors parking passes for each vehicle at Public Safety (Building #51) on the attached map. Vendors will then be able to park in any visitor or general parking spot. It is suggested that they attempt to park in the lots labeled GG or KK. If vendors are unable to find parking in either of those lots they should go to the YY lot located off of Hwy 544 and take the shuttle to the Student Union station. Once at Lib Jackson Student Union we will meet in the Rotunda located at the front of the building directly in front of the CHANT411 desk. The site visit will begin with the CINO Grill area, we will then visit the POD market in that building, then to Starbucks, from Starbucks we will go to Chauncey’s Choice and then will get in University vans to visit the other locations.
Vans will be provided for transportation from the meeting address to each of the sites. For logistical purposes and due to limited space during the site visit, there is a two (2) personnel maximum allowed from each company attending.
