Bids that require a minimum number of service hours (over the 1/2hr minimum stated in 2.15) be ordered will be rejected.
1.4 CONTRACT TERM AND RENEWAL: The contract will be for a two-year period from July 1, 2021 through June 30th, 2023 with the option to renew three additional one-year terms. Renewals will be automatic contingent upon the contractor maintaining license, insurance, and certification. Either party is permitted to terminate the contract after an automatic renewal by giving written notice 30 days ahead of non-renewal.
UWM reserves the right to extend the contract beyond the term of the contract if it is in UWM’s best interest.
