About this file
This is an Amendment #1 Questions and Answers document issued by the University of Wisconsin-Madison for the Crazylegs Classic T-shirts solicitation (2024-UWMSN-00573-RFB). The amendment addresses bidder inquiries regarding submission requirements and sample specifications for the t-shirt procurement. The document clarifies that bidders may submit multiple t-shirt options, with each product option requiring a separate itemized bid list. Bidders are required to include artwork on their submitted samples, with the artwork specifications provided in the amendment documentation. Sample size requirements are flexible as long as the quantity of shirts remains consistent across all size variations submitted.
The amendment provides no information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, or funding sources. Specific details regarding quantities of t-shirts needed, response deadlines, or other procurement terms are not addressed in this amendment document. Bidders are directed to submit responses online through the SciQuest procurement portal at https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be directed to Sarah Martin at sarah.martin@wisc.edu.
