About this file
The document is a pre-solicitation file for the Air Mobility Command (AMC) Spring Industry Preview (SIP) 2025, scheduled for June 3-4, 2025, at Travis Air Force Base, California. The event focuses on "Forging the Future of Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) Operations" and will feature eight live demonstrations across four key operational areas: improved communications in austere environments, data management with aircrew integration, Aeromedical Bus (AMBUS)/Litter Transport Vehicle replacement, and Litter Stanchion Augmentation Set (LSAS) and Stanchion Litter System replacement/optimization.
Concurrent with the demonstrations, AMC will release ten Requests for Information (RFIs) across three critical domains: Aeromedical Evacuation (four RFIs), Logistics (three RFIs covering fuel additives, corrosion detection, and ground equipment), and Connectivity/Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (three RFIs addressing mission displays, situational awareness, and alternative navigation systems). Registration for industry partners is open from April 17th to May 19th, 2025, managed by the HQ AMC Industry Engagement Office, with base access controlled through a specific registration link.
